DOVER — Rising temperatures and light falling rain will arrive in Delaware soon, the National Weather Service predicts.
According to the forecast in Dover, temperatures will range from 44-47 degrees Wednesday, 57-63 Thursday and 42-64 Friday.
A quarter to half-inch of rain could drop on Dover Thursday while less than a tenth of an inch is predicted for Wednesday and Friday, according to the NWS.
To the south, Georgetown figures to see similar rain Wednesday through Friday, the NWS predicted.
Georgetown’s temperatures are forecast to be between 50-52 Wednesday, 57-63 Thursday and 43-67 Friday.
To the north in Middletown, light rain all three days and warmer temperatures are coming, according to the NWS report.
Temperatures in Middletown will range from 44-47 Wednesday, 38-52 Thursday and 41-62 Friday.
The projected warm, wet spell was set to follow Tuesday’s snow melt resulting from from last week’s storm.
