DELAWARE – Attorney General Kathy Jennings and Delaware law enforcement leaders announced on Monday that the state’s violent crime rates are at a record low. AG Jennings said that law enforcement’s focus on violent criminals and gun offenders has driven rates to their lowest point since the State began tracking the statistic, a 40% decline since 2008.
