DELAWARE – First State Educate, is on a mission to help public schools across Delaware, with training sessions for school boards in public education. Delaware ranks in the country’s bottom 10% of all states, in reading and math in grades four through eight, and only 31% of students meet state standards for Math and only 41% meet the standard in English.
