York issued a milestone Dual Employment Performance Audit Report for the fiscal years 2020-2022 today. The audit, which evaluated employers on their compliance with State law on the compensation of elected and appointed officials dually employed by multiple State entities, is the first to be issued since 2017. It is also the most comprehensive such report issued to date. The report is the first since 2011 to include a population of dually employed officials, and the first to include data from the University of Delaware.
