Delaware’s “Dual Employment Law,” and how well it’s being followed, is the focus of what the state Auditor of Accounts calls a “milestone report.” Several past and present elected officials, as well as people such as judges and cabinet secretaries, have or had roles with different state agencies, including schools or institutions of higher education. Auditor of Accounts Lydia York said the review is “the most comprehensive report on this topic, ever.” It’s also the first that was conducted in cooperation with the University of Delaware.
