The Delaware State Police have issued an alert for two wanted sex offenders who have failed to comply with mandatory registry requirements. Authorities are urging the community to assist in locating David Holmes and Eric Johnson, both of whom have been labeled as wanted on the Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit’s (S.O.A.R.) registry.
