Crews from three Delaware utility groups are working to restore power after hurricanes Milton and Helene struck the south. Delaware Electric Cooperative crews are working in a hilly area of North Carolina to restore power after high winds and devastating flooding from Helene. The member-owned cooperative serves rural and suburban areas in Kent and Sussex counties.
