High pressure will keep New Jersey, Delaware, and the Mid-Atlantic warm and dry for the next few days. Highs today will reach the mid-70s, with abundant sunshine clearing out any early morning ground fog across coastal areas like southern New Jersey and Delmarva. Overnight lows will dip into the upper 30s and low 40s, creating crisp mornings throughout the region​

On Tuesday, temperatures will surge even higher, with near-record warmth expected. Forecasted highs in parts of the region, including Philadelphia, could approach the low 80s. This unusually warm stretch will continue until a cold front arrives later in the week.
