Delaware officials are announcing the installment of five harm reduction vending machines. The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services said the machines will feature Naloxone kits, Xylazine test strips, Deterra bags, and wound care kits. They will also provide items to help with physical and dental hygiene, and other self-care tools.
