District of Columbia council members and some excellent public witnesses – including the not-so-excellent me – expressed great disappointment in the leadership of the Office of Unified Communications. It was heartening to see a half-dozen council members speak up strongly for their constituents and express outrage at the continuing OUC failures. It has taken years to get many of them to finally see the crisis STATter911 watched developing in real time over the last five years.
