Rhizome DC invites proposals from DC area artists for its inaugural microgrant program. Grantees will be awarded a nominal fee of $100 each towards the production or completion of an original moving picture work with the aim of screening the finished work in December. The categories under consideration include film and video as well as expanded formats that incorporate live performance.
