Melbourne, FL — Dangerous coastal conditions are expected to intensify across east-central Florida from Saturday, Oct. 24, through Monday, Oct. 26, with Coastal Flood Warnings, powerful wind gusts, hazardous surf and offshore seas potentially reaching 15 feet.
According to the National Weather Service in Melbourne, a potentially significant, prolonged coastal flooding event is developing along the Atlantic coastline, threatening low-lying roads, waterfront properties and beaches across Volusia, Brevard and the Treasure Coast.
