Publix has received $5.8 million in incentives from St. John’s County and plans to invest approximately $145 million in total. The site for this venture is a commercial property located at 200 Accolade Avenue.
The planned 168,000-square-foot warehouse is not just a building; it’s a beacon of productivity and efficiency. On opening, this facility is expected to fill around 500,000 prescriptions weekly, with potential expansion to handle up to 1 million.
