A Florida Brew Pub Owned By Anheuser-Busch InBev Has Closed Down

Over the past couple of months, I have written articles about no fewer than five Florida breweries that have closed since November of 2023. They were Hyperion Brewery, Lemonstreet Brewing Company, Brewer’s Pizza and Pinglehead Brewery, and Deadwords Brewing.

Now, a brew pub that is owned by By Anheuser-Busch InBev will also be closing in the Sunshine State, but its most popular product will still be available.

About Wynwood Brewing Co.: This brewery, which opened in 2013, is best known for its La Rubia beer, a blonde ale that is available at a wide range of retailers such as Publix, Target, Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Winn Dixie.

The brewery, which was the first craft production facility of its kind in the area, receives 4.6 out of 5 stars from South Florida patrons. Some enjoyed the $4 beer specials on Mondays and many enjoyed the flavors and varieties of the beer.

A reviewer named Ricky wrote:

“This place came highly recommended. The bartender was great and the beers were solid. I love their tap handles. Everything in this area is covered in graffiti. Place was busy, too. Good place to visit while in Wynwood. Cheers!”
