A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for Cailey Tupman, a white female, 16 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 139 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes.
Investigators say she was last seen in the area of the 3100th block of Jack Road in Laurel Hill, Florida.
She has a tattoo of a heart on her hip.
