Across the upper/mid-levels of the atmosphere, a trough is expected to push through the Deep South, bringing very deep moisture across Florida. At the same time, a cold front is expected to sweep from northwest to southeast across Florida before stalling around extreme southern Florida bringing lift and convection ahead of it. Ahead of the front, warm advection is expected to bring unsettling weather across Florida, starting on Saturday morning, moving from north to south.
