U.S. Supreme Court rules Florida cities can enforce bans on homeless people sleeping in public spaces

Florida – On Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court reinforced Florida’s hard stance on how to deal with homelessness. On Oct. 1, it won’t be a right in Florida to sleep in public places, but a consequence that could get anyone who does it arrested, depending on the city they live in.
