DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) – There is no storm-not yet anyway-but forecasters are concerned that a hurricane is brewing in western Caribbean waters and heading toward the northern Gulf coast. Those forecasters give that disturbance an 80 percent chance of becoming a named storm in the next few days.
