ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) – As of 3 p.m. Saturday, the Storm Prediction Center expanded the Marginal Risk across more of the area to now include neighborhoods along and west of Highway 319. Marginal Risk means there is a 5% chance of damaging winds and a 2% chance of tornado development.
