Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene Says Tuesday Will Be the Impeachment of DHS Secretary Mayorkas

In a recent social media post, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, expresses strong concerns about Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and the situation at the Southern border. Greene, who represents a Republican viewpoint, accuses Secretary Mayorkas of having “the blood of 300 Americans per day on his hands” due to the influx of Chinese-made, Mexican cartel-imported fentanyl. She claims that not only has Mayorkas invited, but he has also aided and abetted what she describes as the “invasion of the world through our Southern border.”

The post emphasizes the Homeland Security Committee’s upcoming move to address this issue and calls for the impeachment of Secretary Mayorkas. According to Greene, Mayorkas willfully neglects his duty to safeguard America’s borders and its people, leading her to assert that he is unfit to serve.

Furthermore, the post accuses President Joe Biden and the Democrats of wanting a “global invasion of America” and singles out Secretary Mayorkas as the person directly responsible for the perceived open borders. Greene insists that Mayorkas should be impeached for what she characterizes as his “willful dereliction of duty.”
