Cloudy and windy at times this morning, clearing and breezy this afternoon. Highs near 57 degrees. The area of low pressure that is responsible for the extra clouds and a little rain in southern parts of the Upstate and NE Georgia this morning will continue to churn east into the Atlantic Ocean.
