Barbers, beauticians raise concerns about proposed Ga. licensing bill

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) – A bill that would remove licensing requirements for certain beauty services is heading for a final vote in Georgia House. The bill would remove license requirements for some beauty services including shampooing, beard maintenance and nails. While senators are saying this will increase jobs, stylists are saying this could have consequences.
