TIFTON, Ga. (WALB) – It’s a big day for the University of Georgia (UGA) as Senator Jon Ossoff announced a $4-million investment toward the school’s Tifton campus. UGA Tifton is home to a variety of agricultural operations in South Georgia, and Michael Toews, the assistant dean of the UGA Tifton Campus, is excited to have this investment come right here to Tifton.
