This is one of my favorite breads to make and it is really simple. I love using honeycrisp apples in this recipe but you can substitute for your favorite apple variety to cook with. You will need the following ingredients:
Recipe:
1/3 cup of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
2/3 cup of sugar plus an additional 2 tablespoons of sugar
1 stick of butter, softened
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 apples
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour or bread flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 eggs
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a small bowl add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and the brown sugar and mix together until it is well combined.

Wash and peel the apples and dice them into small pieces. Add the apples to a medium bowl and add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar and stir, making sure to coat the apples evenly.

In a large bowl combine the butter and sugar and mix these together until they are light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time mixing between each one.
