MACON, Ga. (WPGA) – Sen. Jon Ossoff visited Macon to introduce the new Fresh Food Act. The Fresh Food Act would make access to produce easier in lower-income areas. The Fresh Food Act is a tax cut for grocery stores that choose to open in at-risk communities that, right now, are deserts for fresh food.
