Hawai’i Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Kingston Rikar who is reported as a runaway. He was last seen in the area of Leisure Lane in Pāhoa on Tuesday at around noon. He is a Pacific Islander, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 130 pounds, slim build, dark complexion, short black hair, and brown eyes.
