The Rock took to social media to shut down a false report alleging that the boos for him at the WrestleMania XL Kickoff were related to his Maui wildfire relief fund. An “independent reporter” posted to Twitter with a clip of the Rock being booed at the Kickoff event and claimed that the “Cody” chants for event were “Maui” chants, alleging that the people in attendance were booing Rock because some victims of the fund have not yet seen any money.
