Hawaii Gov. Josh Green joined Good Morning Hawaii Monday morning to talk about Hawaiian Electric’s newly-launched Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) program. Green also talked about the ongoing recovery efforts in Lahaina, and housing displaced residents, with the one-year anniversary just a month away.
