Governor Josh Green recently honored state employees for their exceptional dedication to public service in Hawai’i. Among the recipients of the Governor’s Awards was Joanna Seto from the Department of Health, named State Manager of the Year for her leadership, especially during the Maui wildfires, according to a release from the Office of the Governor.
