Halloween is just about a month away and Instacart, an online grocery delivery and pick-up service, set out to help understand what type of candy people are reaching for this time of year-from sweet and sour to chocolate galore. They also determined the top candy picks for each state and which states have the biggest sweet tooth. To do this, the company looked at orders containing candy in October 2023 and put together an online survey conducted by The Harris Poll of more than 2,000 Americans.
