US House passes bill to fight Rapid Ohi’a Death

The fight against Rapid Ohi’a Death has been brought to the Nation’s capitol. The House of Representatives this week passed the “Continued Rapid Ohi’a Death Response Act of 2023.” The bill still needs to be approved by the Senate before it goes into law. It would allow Hawaii to utilize federal resources to combat the disease that’s killing our Ohi’a trees.
