POCATELLO — Six months after the Gate City finally got its go-kart track, Extreme Rush has closed for good.
Extreme Rush management announced in a statement Thursday that the family fun center at 1000 Pocatello Creek Road “officially suspended all business operations” effective Monday, Oct. 19, citing “insurmountable capital structure and financing hurdles stemming from initial facility development and construction costs.”
In an emailed follow-up to the Journal, co-founder Sidney Davis said the closure is permanent. The company is working with legal and financial advisors on “an orderly corporate wind-down,” the statement said…
