Boise Centre is set to fill with handmade pottery, vintage finds and upcycled crafts as Wintry Market marks its 15th year downtown. No factory-made items are allowed, with exceptions carved out for vintage dealers, people repurposing or recycling materials into something new, and original artwork prints, the same source notes.
