An Idaho man was jailed on drug and intoxication charges on Friday afternoon. A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 4:50 a.m. the 49-year old from Parma was contacted at Boulder Flat Campground along Highway 138 about 50 miles east of Roseburg after a deputy noticed suspicious activity while the man was driving.
