Snow is coming to the northern Rockies this week with heavy snow anticipated through the Bitterroots of Montana and Idaho along with the Tetons of Wyoming. The highest elevations will pick up on the best snow, with upwards of 8″ likely in many locations. Winter storm alerts are in effect across Wyoming, Idaho, Western North Dakota, and Montana to account for the incoming snowfall.
