American Red Cross offering Amazon gift cards to local blood donors this February

INLAND NORTHWEST — The American Red Cross is asking donors to give blood this month, and in return, you will receive a $20 Amazon gift card.

The American Red Cross says they are in need of donations of all blood types, in particular type O blood donors.

Below is a schedule of upcoming opportunities for you to donate blood in the region:

• Idaho
  • Coeur d’Alene
    • February 27, 2024: 12:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2801 N. 4th St.
    • February 28, 2024: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., Northwest Bank, 1745 W. Tilford Lane
  • Moscow
    • February 14, 2024: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., University of Idaho Commons, University Ave and Line St
• Washington
  • Asotin
    • February 21, 2024: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., Asotin High School, 214 Second St.
  • Pomeroy
    • February 13, 2024: 1 p.m. – 6 p.m., Church of the Nazarene, 135 9th St.
  • Pullman
    • February 23, 2024: 8:45 a.m. – 1:45 p.m., Gladish Community & Cultural Center, 115 NW State St., Gladish Community & Cultural Center
