Refrigerated truck rates from Idaho to major markets throughout the country reflected slightly higher rates compared with a year ago. The USDA reported the range for refrigerated truck rates from Idaho to Atlanta the week of Aug. 7 was $4,700 to $5,400. That is up from a range of $4,125 to $5,000 at the same time a year ago.
