The Idaho State Police turned a routine traffic violation into a huge drug arrest early Friday morning. The driver was pulled over for speeding and a trooper noticed the man was acting strange. After tests and a search of the vehicle, the driver was arrested for DUI, drug trafficking, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
