October 9, 2024 Sandra Kinney # New Scheduling Order in State v. Kohberger in Murder Trial

The trial is now scheduled for Aug. 11 to Nov. 7, 2025, per the new order.
A hearing remains scheduled for Nov. 7, 2024, for argument on motions challenging the death penalty. Other subsequent hearing and deadline dates may have changed; please consult the new order for specifics.
