Idaho Health and Welfare needs an extra $14 million to cover last year’s foster care crisis

IDHW Director Alex Adams made the pitch for the supplemental funding before the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee (JFAC) on Wednesday, at the committee’s meeting pre-legislative session.
