PALATINE, Ill. (WEAU) – A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a 79-year-old man with a cognitive impairment who was last seen traveling in Wisconsin Friday morning.
The Palatine Police Department and the Wisconsin Department of Justice say Harold Harkavy was last seen at about 3 a.m. Friday, Oct. 23, leaving his home on East Fawn Road in Palatine, Illinois, for work in Wheeling, Illinois.
