PEORIA (25News Now) – The U.S. Department of Agriculture reported corn and bean harvests in central Illinois are in a “good” rating so far in 2024. Corn had reached seven percent of the harvest in 2024, compared to the five-year average of three percent. This makes the 2024 corn harvest six percent ahead of last year’s pace.
