Deer are out and about in Illinois throughout the year, no matter what the season. However, it’s this time of year, when we enter fall and head toward winter, that our state’s deer population becomes obsessed with the idea of finding a mate and makes life much more dangerous for Illinois drivers of all ages. It’s not just Illinois, either.
