Illinois’ 2024 general election is right around the corner, with numerous referendums, judicial races and control of the General Assembly on the ballot. The presidential election will appear at the top of the ticket, but voters throughout the state will also choose their state representatives, and in some cases their state senators. Voters in Chicago will choose elected school board members for the first time, and some voters will even be asked to approve massive projects to rehabilitate and build new school and park facilities.
