EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) – For the first time in 40 years, a new Indiana bill would allow bars to sell discounted drinks for a few hours a day, aka happy hour. When bars in Indiana want to offer drink discounts, they have to pick an entire day and stick with it. Soon, that could all change, and bar owners are saying it’s about time.
