Spartz campaign releases internal polling, says candidate is ‘clear frontrunner’

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — In a series of internal polls conducted by the reelection campaign of U.S. Rep. Victoria Spartz (R-District 5), officials stressed that Spartz is “widely perceived” as the leader in the Republican primary for the fifth district seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.

According to previous reports , Spartz announced her reelection bid earlier this month after she publicly announced that she would not run for reelection in 2024.

“Earlier last year, I decided to take some time off from running for public office to recharge and spend more time in Indiana with my family,” Spartz said in a statement at that time. “However, looking where we are today, and urged by many of my constituents, I do not believe I would be able to deliver this Congress, with the current failed leadership in Washington, D.C., on the important issues for our nation that I have worked very hard on.”
