Dog found in Indiana with snout zip-tied adopted by police officer who saved him

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – A dog found wandering around in Indiana with his mouth zip-tied shut has found his forever home with someone who saved him. According to South Bend Police, officers responded to a call on Friday of a Doberman running around in the area of Chippewa Bowl with a zip-tie around his snout.
