National gas prices for the Fourth of July are at their lowest price since 2021, but it might not feel that way around Greater Cincinnati. According to Gas Buddy, the national average gas price on July 4 is expected to be $3.49 per gallon, a penny lower than it was a year ago and over $1.30 lower than what motorists paid over the Independence Day holiday in 2022.
