Paducah, KY – Seventeen years ago, on October 18, 2007, a devastating severe weather outbreak struck Kentucky, Indiana, and Illinois. Sixteen tornadoes touched down, with Daviess County, KY, and Spencer County, IN, bearing the brunt of the damage. An EF-3 tornado tore through Daviess County, leaving a trail of destruction.
