INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WNDU) – The ACLU of Indiana is teaming up with the American Civil Liberties Union to challenge Indiana’s ban on care for transgender youth. They’re challenging a ruling by the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals that essentially upheld the ban after a lawsuit had been filed challenging the legality of it.
